Cast Gunmetal forks and center balls with Aluminum Bronze cross pins, and Tutnol Bushes.

APPLICATION

Non- Ferrous Single universal Joint for transition of rotary motion and permitting axial misalignment between shaft center. Normally used in pairs with expansion coupling LF-1052 or LF-1053.

OPERATING ANGLE

These Universal Joint should be installed with control rods as straight as possible keeping the axis through the forks in line. Adjacent forks ends in one section of control rod system the angle of misalignment between the forks should not exceed 30° and on power actuated systems this angle should not be exceed 30°.
